Tuff Sportswear Leisurewear products. Our standard lead time is a Minimum of 2 weeks, this is from the date of Payment or final artwork sign off, whichever is the latest.
All, of our Bespoke products are fully bespoke to your requirements. They are made to order. Our standard lead time is a minimum of 6 weeks. This is from the date of payment or final artwork sign off, whichever is the latest.
We will advise you once your order has arrived and is ready for collection. If you are having your delivered, you will receive tracking info from our courier.
By approving any artwork supplied to Tuff Sportswear, you will be, in agreement, that all the colours, logo’s, design, and spellings are correct. Once you have approved the artwork your order will then be prepared for production. At this stage, no more amendments can be made your order. Please note that once the order has gone into production, you will be unable to cancel it.
All artwork is supplied as a guide, and whilst we will try our very best, it is not always possible to replicate exact on a finished garment.
If we deem that the electronic version of any logo supplied is unusable, then you will be required to produce a vector file. If you are unable to supply a vector file, we can offer to recreate your logos at a cost of £10 per logo (plus vat). This may lead to a delay in the processing of the order.
Please be aware that colours will look different on different devices. When you are ordering please ensure you discuss the colour ranges at the point of order, any problems you have with the logos, please highlight this during the artwork process. Once in production, we will be unable to change them.
As the products you are ordering are bespoke, you will be unable to return these to us.

RECEIVE YOUR RETURNS PAPERWORK THROUGH ON EMAIL WHICH WILL CONTAIN AN UNPAID SHIPPING LABEL (PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN POSTAGE COSTS AS STATED BELOW)

PRINT OUT YOUR RETURNS PAPERWORK AND SEND WITH YOUR GOODS BACK TO THE RETURNS ADDRESS STATED ON THE PAPERWORK

We would recommend that you return your items via registered post. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange,
Personalised Items are non-returnable. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
If a full refund including original delivery costs is required then the entire order needs to be returned back to us within thirty (30) working days. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within fourteen (14) days.
The goods do not need to be in their original packaging however in a sellable condition, and at your own cost and risk.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will do our best to return the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment then a cheque will be raised and sent to the billing address.
